By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any program, digital product, membership, or service offered by The Flourished Root, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Use of Services and Digital Products

All materials provided through The Flourished Root, including but not limited to memberships, courses, downloads, guides, videos, handouts, and coaching services, are intended for personal educational use only.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, share, sell, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.

Unauthorized use or distribution of materials is strictly prohibited.

Educational Nature of Services

All services and products provided by The Flourished Root are educational in nature.

Ashlynne Gingerich is a Certified Naturopathic Counselor practicing within the legal scope permitted in the State of Indiana. Indiana does not license naturopathic physicians.

Nothing provided through services, programs, or digital products constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or the practice of medicine.

Participation does not create a doctor patient relationship.

You are responsible for consulting with your physician before making health related changes.

Payment Terms

All purchases must be paid in full or according to the agreed upon payment plan.

If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

• Suspension of access
• Removal from programs or memberships
• Collection actions where permitted by law

No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to educational materials, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Membership access
• Digital downloads
• Online courses
• Educational programs

Coaching and Service Refunds

Refunds for coaching services or live programs, if offered, are governed by the specific agreement associated with that service.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, service fees are non refundable once the service period has begun.

Membership Access

Membership access is granted for the duration of your active subscription.

The Flourished Root reserves the right to modify content, pricing, or structure of the membership at any time.

Membership may be canceled by you at any time, but no refunds will be issued for prior billing periods.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Flourished Root is the intellectual property of Ashlynne Gingerich and The Flourished Root.

You may not:

• Copy or share materials
• Teach or distribute content
• Upload materials publicly
• Use content for commercial purposes

without written consent.

User Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully in any community spaces.

The Flourished Root reserves the right to remove access to membership or services without refund if behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to the community.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Flourished Root and Ashlynne Gingerich are not liable for any damages arising from:

• Use or misuse of services or products
• Health decisions made based on educational materials
• Participation in coaching or programs

Use of services and products is at your own risk.

No Guarantees

Results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary based on numerous personal factors beyond the control of The Flourished Root.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services or products at any time for violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
